Warranty - Customer can return the product up to one month after the payment date for a full refund. We provide three months warranty against defects such as the product stopped working. This warranty does not cover problems caused by fall, misuse, or abuse. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Ompod within the Warranty Period, at its own discretion, Ompod will choose to (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product for another that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund part of the purchase price of the product proportional to the warranty time left.
This warranty does not cover any loss of IPOD contents such as music or software and is strictly reserved to cover hardware problems.
Some degradation in performance is accepted as normal for lithium ion batteries after some months of use or after considerable charging and discharging cycles and it will not be considered a valid reason for a replacement.  Longer time warranty is available through Square Trade.
