Answer - We buy goods through our shops in Milton Keynes and Ealing, and sell on the internet. This means we keep costs low and you get a bargain.
2. DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?
Answer - Unfortunately we do not.
3. DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE DISCOUNT ON MULTIPLE ITEMS ?
Answer - No, each item costs to be picked and packed. A charge is made where necessary. Most items are at bargain prices and some are free postage.
4. I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE ITEM FOR ME?
Answer - If you are unsure about the item or need to know more than just email us, pick up the phone to call us or pop in and speak to us. Please do NOT bid until you are 100% sure you want the item.
5. I AM NEW TO THE SITE AND WON THE ITEM BY ACCIDENT?
Answer - Please contact us ASAP either by email, phone or in person and we will help rectify this problem.

Answer - Sure, just call or email us once you have won the auction, as long as you can get to us, you can pick the item up. We have 2 locations, so choose the one that suits - Milton Keynes or Ealing (London).
7. I SEE YOU ARE LOCAL TO ME AND I WOULD RATHER COLLECT MY ITEM AND PAY ON COLLECTION, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Answer - Sure, just call or email us once you have won the auction and we will let you know how to pay and collect the item from one of our shops.
You can contact your seller to arrange to pay for and pick up your item.
