Packaging care is of highest priority, if you feel that you require 1st Class Mail or item insurance (obviously at extra cost) then please ask, as standard shipping procedure is: un-insured 2nd Class Royal Mail. A 50p recorded delivery fee will be added to any item win that exeeds £5.00 in order that parcel tracking information can be provided upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail does sometimes make mistakes, so please allow 15 working days maximum for delivery (ie: Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays are not working days). Please inform us immediately if you have not received your item after 15 working days. Please make sure that you check your item before you sign for it. Make sure it is complete and in good condition (No visible damage) and after your purchase arrives, please kindly confirm your receipt and then please leave us positive feedback and then we will return the same. AFTER BUYING AN ITEM...

Your invoice will be promptly sent to you via e-mail (item payment details and postage totals will be on it ) and your item will be posted to you following our receipt of full payment.  Please allow five working days between our receipt of your payment and dispatch of your won item.

Refunds will only be given if an item is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given, it will be less shipping and packing costs. As insurance is offered as an option, we are not responsible for an item once it has been handed to the carrier. If you purchased insurance and your package was lost or damaged by the carrier, we will send you the insurance slip in order for you to take care of it yourself. Whilst we do everything possible to avoid disappointment we request that an attempt is made to resolve any complaint by e-mail first, as problems are usually misunderstandings that resolve easily (refunds are at our discretion and subject to 15% re-listing fee). In the situation that Royal Mail looses a parcel we will be able to provide tracking information in order to prove that the parcel was sent.
