Shipping and Handling Charges:

 

 

£7.00 delivery applies to Mainland United Kingdom (England, Scotland & Wales) only.

Delivery to other parts of the UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, and other off shore islands are £12.00 per item.

Delivery to Southern Ireland is £20.00 per item. please wait for us to send a revised invoice before making any payment or contact us before bidding/buying.

 

Please supply us with your telpehone number or another contact number that the couriers can contact you on incase they have problems finding you or if they require further delivery instructions.

 

All items are in stock and are sent out by courier upon funds clearance.

Heavy items such as large swimming pools etc may require assistance at point of delivery for help with unloading and carrying the item to your property, as the driver may not be able to handle these alone.

If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the courier direct.

If delivery is refused for any reason then you will be liable both for the original delivery and the subsequent return costs. 

If we have had an item returned due to non-communication on your part or an incorrect /incomplete address you will be responsible for both the original delivery and the subsequent return costs.

Combined Postage Discount If you purchase more than one item we will give a combined postage discount of £2.50 on qualifying items. Simply request a revised invoice before making your payment so we can assess your items and provide a discount and total price.

Collection:

Goods bought & paid for through e-Bay & Paypal are ready for collection from the following working day (Mon –Fri) between 9am & 4pm. Please bring a copy of your Ebay sales order.

 

 

Please note that we do not have a shop as such but do have a small trade counter which is open from Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm, however you may find the prices higher than e-bay due to further expenses involved with running/manning it. Please note:

We are not open Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.

Returns, Cancellations & Substitutions 
Items won on an auction are non-refundable and you can not cancel your Auction win on Ebay this is a legally binding contract. Please make sure you require the item before bidding. If you receive the item we will not accept a return if you decide you no longer require the item either for a refund or to swap for a different product.
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To return your item you must advise us by email or in writing. You will be responsible for the item until it arrives back with us in an undamaged condition. If the item is returned damaged in any way then we will not be able to offer a refund and it will be your responsibility to arrange the pickup of the item at you cost. 
Pricing & Payment 
While we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may rarely occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.
No item will be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason electronic means of payment are preferred.
Warranty General Conditions
If the item is found to have a faulty part we reserve the right to send a replacment for that part rather than a complete replacement item. 
Any warranty given or implied will be a return to base warranty you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. You must use any manufacturer repair or replacement service provided. If you wish to return any faulty item you must first contact usthrough the ebay message system.
We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. (This does not affect your statuatory rights).
Items returned to us need to be examined and any necessary repair or replacement can take up to 30 day to process from receipt of returned goods to despatch of replacement/repaired item. If the item is not in stock then it may take more than 30 days to despatch the replacement as it will have to be ordered from the manufacturer.
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyerand exceptions.
