          Delivery

Courier Delivery Firm: All goods are wrapped well for this service as they go though a distribution warehouse system via several lorries. Delivery is usually 1-3 working days.                   Your goods will arrive between 8am to 5-30pm. After we have dispatched your items you will receive an email along with instructions.

If the courier cannot find anyone to sign for the goods he will take them back with him to his depot and put a card through your door telling you to ring the depot to re-organise delivery for another working day.

Courier firms are only contracted to deliver to your doorstep. If you invite the courier inside your home you do so at your own risk. Please note that the delivery charges does not include excessive labour and as the delivery drivers are not our own please treat them how you would expect to be treated. For the delivery options you must make sure that you or someone you trust is there to sign for the goods.

As we cannot be reponsible for any problems in transit please take not of the following advise.

• Check that the number of items delivered is correct with what is on the courier's sheet.
• That the items received are marked with your correct postcode
• Check the package / Goods over carefully and if anything appears to be damaged or the packaging badly torn please sign for as damaged on the courier's sheet.
• Inspect the items as best you can while packaged, ideally unpack and check the items thoroughly.
• If the goods are damaged please contact us immediately.
• Please document on the courier's delivery notes if the package is damaged.
• Please note that glazed items are not covered under the courier's insurance. We will package the items as well as possible to minimise the risk of damage.
• Please contact us immediately should there be any damage to the items. Ideally whilst the courier is still there. We will then arrange for the courier to collect the items or see if they can bring it back with them.
• Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse or charge for replacement if you have not declared damage on the courier's note or not informed us immediately.

        Returns

• We need to be notified of any returns within 1 day of receipt
• Goods must be returned in the condition they are received in e.g. in original manufacturers packaging not altered.
• Any returns are the buyer's responsibility to return to us. We can arrange collection at your cost.
• Goods returned due to incorrect ordering or over ordering are subject to a 10% handling charge.
• Postage costs cannot be refunded.
• Any refunds will be given once the goods have been inspected after arriving back to us.
• Goods must be signed for as faulty on arrival, this covers us and you for your replacement, should the courier have damaged the goods.
• We cannot be held liable for fitting costs incurred by goods arriving late or damaged or the incorrect goods being delivered by our courier's.
• Any made to measure goods purchased may only be returned if faulty. If they are wrong due to your measurements being incorrect, and it has been made to the agreed sizes we will not refund.
