POSTAGE COSTS - PLEASE READ BELOW FOR OUR "POSTAGE & INSURANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS"  

Payments maybe refunded if they do not include the correct insurance cover, so please await for our invoice from ebay before paying.

POSTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please don't be put off by these terms, in 7000 + deliveries we have only lost a handfull of parcels and all buyers got their money back. My feedback speaks for itself, but I run a business and these terms  are necessary.

A) I pride myself in keeping my post & packing costs as close to cost as I can and where possible will combine postage costs for multiple purchases. I will not enter into negotiations over postage costs, each item is weighed and accurate postage displayed in listed.

B) If you pay by Paypal then you are covered by their "Buyer Protection" and in line with this I have to provide documented insured cover for purchases over £36.00.  I reserve the right to insure items in line with this policy. THIS COST WILL BE PASSED ON TO THE BUYER. Detailed costs below -

C) COMPULSORY INSURANCE - 

I reserve the right to send the item insured if the auction price is over £36.00 to comply with Paypal's buyer protection policy.

Non UK buyers - the additional cost will be £3.70 for items with an auction value of between £36.00 & £45.00  - items sent international signed for delivery

£5.90  for items with an auction value of over £45.00 - items sent international signed delivery for insured upto £500.00 loss

UK buyers - The additional cost will be £0.90 .  For items with an auction value of between £36.00 & £45.00 - items sent recorded second class delivery

And £5.95 for items with an auction value of over £45.00 - items will be sent next day special delivery insured upto £500 loss.

Please email me if any of this is unclear or you wish for verification. Again this is non negotiable if you pay via paypal. If you wish your item sent uninsured you may pay via another method other than paypal but all risk are accepted the buyer and only the standard compensation of upto £36 can be claimed.  

D) LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS -

In the unlikely event of an item received damaged or being lost please email me. I will then make a claim on your behalf against the Post Office. This can only be made only after 25 working days after posting date  and can take the post office takes up to 28 days to reply to the claim . Please be patient. When we are refunded then you will be.

No claim can be made for damaged china or glass ( post office rules )

Successful claims for loss will only reflect the value of the item as the Post Office will not refund postal charges . No refund on anything but the item value.

F) Overseas Buyers are wholly responsible for any Customs duty or local charges that may occur within their own Country.

OTHER TERMS

FEEDBACK - I will reply to any feedback given, I want to make sure you are happy so will give feedback when it is received. Please be patient I catch up on my feedback once a month.

NON PAYING BIDDERS - After 7 days I will send a reminder invoice followed by a "non paying bidder alert" and a non payer strike against the bidder.

REFUNDS  - I do not claim to be expert on any subject . I try to describe as accurately as possible all items. They are however sold AS SEEN . Please ask questions if you are unsure of anything before bidding
