A full refund is offered if your item/s arrive damaged or faulty providing we are informed BEFORE the goods are returned and this is within 7 Days of the date of posting.
Unless the item purchased is damaged or faulty item cost will be refunded only, the buyer will be responsible for return postage
Item exchanges must be agreed by email and items must be in as received condition – seals unbroken and wrappers/boxes still sealed. On all exchanges buyer is responsible for all postage charges – we have the right to refuse exchanges upon return condition of items where upon item cost will be refunded.
Receipts of posting are obtained for all our parcels, claims of non delivery will be dealt with through the post office and refunds will only be issued when compensation is received by us from the post office. The post office will contact the customer - this will require customer co operation. |
