We test & check all our toys so you don't have a problem but if you do please let me know.
We will accept returns only on items damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of a problem with this item or to request missing parts please email us. If a there is a problem which cannot be resolved, a returns number will be issued and the item assessed on return. The item should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.
If the assessment reveals mis-use or no apparent damage/problem, the carriage charges will not be refunded. |
