We are very particular about the manufacture of our brushes, the wood is sourced from sustainable forestry and the hair is synthetic which makes our brushes ethical as well as giving incredible quality.

I offer recorded delivery postage on all items at an additional cost of 75p per package (not per item) for UK addresses and an additional £3.70 for all overseas addresses and if you wish to take up this option, please leave a note on the order page or message me. I have been forced to adopt this policy due to the unprecedented number of parcels going missing recently. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items if these options are not taken up. See my returns policy for more details.

All of our cosmetic items are guaranteed brand new and authentic so you can buy from us with total confidence.

 

Please note that we price all our cosmetic products as low as we are able. The postage charge quoted covers protective packaging and one item. Due to the small size and low weight of each item we are usually able to post 2 or 3 items in the same packing for just a small extra charge.

 

If you are ordering something that you use on a regular basis you might want to take advantage of the current low prices and the postage savings by ordering more than one item.  

 

Please feel free to compare our prices with those charged at supermarkets and pharmacies. We would always expect to be dramatically lower in price!!!!

Return policy
If the item you have bought is a cosmetic or skincare product, I am unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons. All other products are returnable but the buyer is responsible for return postage. If the item is lost in transit on return, no refund will be made and the buyer will be responsible for making a claim against the Post Office or Delivery Company used. Due to the high percentage of “lost” packages recently I have started offering an option to have your item sent by recorded delivery both in the UK and abroad. If you do NOT take up these options and your items go missing, I will provide you details of proof of posting for YOU to make a claim with the postal service and no refund will be made. Furthermore, if you do not take up the recorded option then, by buying the item(s), you are agreeing NOT to leave negative feedback on the grounds of non-delivery. Please note that UK Post Office rules currently do not allow claims to be submitted until a minimum of 15 working days have passed since posting for UK addresses and 30 days for overseas addresses. If you select the recorded option, I will carry out all these procedures on your behalf but the same time restraints apply to me so your refund or replacement could take up to 2 months to be actioned. Finally, please note that the cost of postage to overseas addresses is NOT covered under the claims procedure so no refund for the cost of postage or the recorded option can be given.
