We use to ship all the orders. Royal Mail First Class items may be delivered on a Saturday by your local post office.

You get the best shipping rate with us as we only charge what we pay to the courier and the cost of packing materials. Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner. Your order will normally be posted within 1-2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information.

In case of multiple purchases, the shipping calculator will automatically offer you the best shipping while completing the checkout. If by error you are overcharged for shipping, we would refund you the same after evaluating your case.

Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

• The items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
• Refund of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.
• Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

Faulty Goods:

• All goods are new and unused unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Faulty Goods:

• We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
• P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.
