TERMS & CONDITIONS

RETURNS: If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us within 24hours of receiving the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item.

UNWANTED ITEMS: You may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out carriage costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and /or removed from packaging and not suitable for resale.

FURNITURE: Items of furniture etc that have been assembled or partly assembled are unable to be accepted as returns.

For all other returns the refund will be for the value of the item (excluding postage costs)

IMPORTANT: Please check packaging and if damaged, please record on the courier’s delivery docket ‘PACKAGE DAMAGED’. This will allow claims to be processed via the courier. Any items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours. Please note that any claims will be resolved in conjunction with our courier.

GENERAL ITEMS: If there are any issues with the item supplied, you must notify us within 24 hours with the details. We will arrange for replacement of part or whole, once again please note, items returned by you are at your own expense.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: We make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. However, please note that for certain products there are unforeseen colour / shade / design variations which may differ from the image and description in our listing.  Please also note all dimensions are approximate
