Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Any unwanted item can be returned within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packing charges). The item should be complete and unused in its original packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand. If an item is faulty please contact us for a Returns Authorisation number and we will ask you to either post the item back to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item. Upon receipt, the item will be tested and if found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded (in full including return postage costs originally borne by you). If found not to be faulty you will be given the option of having the item returned to you at your cost or a refund (less 20% restocking charge and all postage costs).
