NEW CUBE DAKOTA RANGE NEW IN STOCK OUR NEW INDIAN STYLE FURNITURE RANGE MADE FROM MANGO WOOD WALNUT COLOUR FINISH SIZE 90CM W X 40CM D X 65CM H All our indian style furniture products are handmade before our products are manufactured our wood is bought and will lay in a dry kiln oven drying out the all the moisture. Our wood is the cut into sizes ready to be transformed into something special Delivery: Our Usual Dispatch time is 3-5 working days. However, during busy periods it may take up to 14 days for delivery. Therefore, if you urgently require an item, then please enquire first as we cannot be held responsible. We also do not guarantee that the Courier will be able to deliver an item at a customer specified time. Therefore, if you take a day off to take delivery and the item do not arrive, we cannot be held responsible as the service we use is not a guaranteed service. In most cases the items are stored at the local depot and a delivery arrangement can be made between the customer and courier. The agreement you may have with the courier in these cirumstances is strictly between yourself and the Courier and we cannot be held responsible. Damages & Return:By purchasing from us you agree to the following terms and conditions for returns and damages: Damage Claims: Customer is to open the box while the Courier is present and check if the item is received in Good Condition. Our agreement with the Courier is that he/she will wait while the item is checked for damages. If they refuse to wait then please do not accept delivery and note the reason for refusal on the consignment note. If there is a damage to the packaging please refuse delivery and note it on the consignment note as the reason. If you do not open the item while the Courier is present, check the item for damage before he/she leaves and mark as damaged, we will not be liable for any under any circumstances. If someone else receives the items on behalf of you, they will also have to follow the same procedure as they represent you, the customer while taking delivery. You (the customer) and Handmade UK (E-bay name Furniture Touch) is not covered by insurance if you do not check the item while taking delivery and hence we cannot be held responsible for any damages and the customer will not receive any refund or exchanges under this circumstances. Once you refuse delivery because of damage, the item will be returned to us and the courier will then be liable for any damages and the cost of taking another item to the customer. Returns: If for any reasons you change your mind, provided that the item is unused and is in it's original packaging, the customer will receive a refund (excluding the delivery charge). However, the customer will be liable for the Carriage and administration cost @£50 per item. Sorry We do not Ship to Northern Ireland as our Courier is unable to Do so, However, you can use your own Courier to Collect the items from our Showroom. In that case, we will ship the item from our Warehouse and you will have to pay the postage cost from the Warehouse to our Showroom. All out items will come to you polished and we will check that doors and drawers all open correctly as this type of furniture does exspand in colder weather. If you require a few products the we can put them onto a pallet so they all come together But you will need help when your pallet delivery comes to you as the driver will only drop of the pallet outside your property. By buying a few products this will allow us to reduce your postage fee esecially when your goods will come on a pallet. CLEANING AND PRODUCT PROTECTION DETAILS PLEASE ALWAYS REMEMBER TO USE COASTERS AND MATS ON YOUR PIECE OF FURNITURE THIS WILL HELP PREVENT MARKING AND STAINING YOUR FURNITURE. WHEN CLEAN YOUR FURNITURE NEVER USE A SPRAY POLISH ALWAYS USE A BEES WAX POLISH. SPRAY POLISHES WILL REMOVE COLOUR AND THE WAX FROM YOUR FURNITURE.
