INDIAN FEUDATORY STATE - COCHIN.  1942-43.  Unissued stamps overprinted for Official use - 4 pies Green.  Perf 13 x 13 1/2.   Mint - disturbed gum. Sg. O54a.

Fine frontal appearance but heavily disturbed gum on reverse.  Excellent perfs.  Please see scans which form part of the description
