INDIA.  1937.  George VI Definitive set to 1 rupee in official Presentation Pack.  Stamps Unmounted Mint.  Sg. 247-259.  Stamps catalogued at £95.00+.

Nice item with stamps in Post Office fresh ciondition.  Pack is in booklet form with the stamps presented in glassine envelopes with the denomination printed above each one, together with a brief history of Indian Postage stamps from Sir Bartle Frere onwards, and a short description of the George VI issue.  There is a light horizontal crease across the middle of the pack which does not detract and in no way touches any of the adhesives.  Staple rusted.  Please see scans which form part of the description.
