A single sheet vellum Indenture dated 11 June 1872 measuring 71 cm x 59 cm approx being an Appointment of Mrs Alice Willoughby and Mr Thomas Green Brideoake as new Trustees under the Will of Mrs Ann Willoughby deceased with a later endorsed Appointment of new Trustees.
