IMPRESSIVE LARGE VICTORIAN KITCHEN DRESSER

Fabulous large victorian style dresser in wood with huge potential.  Age unknown.  Has been painted on at least two occasions over the years, probably more. 

Comes in two main pieces.  Bottom part consists of two doors with panels, two drawers which run well.  Sides have similar panels.  One internal shelf and sliding doors at back (may have had something to do with ventilation on a chimney breast).  Dimensions are: 156cm wide, 91 cm high, 61 cm deep.

Top piece consists of one deep shelf (31 cm) with attractive trim around the bottom, and three narrow shelves above it (12 cm), some with hooks on, and finally a top.  There is no back to this unit.  Dimensions: 179 cm high, depth varies as shelves different sizes but ranges from 37 cm to about 12 cm.  Width as with bottom piece, i.e. 156 cm.

The decorative 'curly bits' that connect the bottom piece to the top piece are also separate.  So there are four pieces in total (top, bottom and the two curly bits at the side).

I am selling this because I think it could look stunning with some attention and it does not fit with the style of the new kitchen which is going in that room.  Although it is in a shabby state, it has been widely admired and could be a real feature in the right space.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: The categorisation of this item has come up as "Antique Furniture" - however as I hope was clear from my description I do not know the age of this item and do not know whether it is actually properly classifiable as an antique.  

RE COLLECTION: This item is in the basement of a large Victorian house in Blackheath, SE3.  There are six straight steps up in order to get it out.
