As a buyer you are able to return items for a refund under the Distance Selling Regulations – you must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return the item.  All items must be unopened and in the original selling condition (sealed, unused, with tags still in place) within 14 days from the date of receipt.   A full refund of the original product price (and postage if charged separately) will be provided.  Return postage is non refundable.  We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty and the item will be fully tested by us before any refund given.
