We can only accept the follwoing payment:

2. UK Cheque
3. Postal Order
4. International Bank Transfer (European Customers only)
We cannot accept EURO cheque.
We are VAT Registered UK Company and all prices are included VAT (17.5%). VAT invoices can be issued upon request.

Shipping Policy

We provide the following delivery method, the shipping and handling fee are listed below:

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard is £4.99 for the first item and £4.49 for each additional items.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded is £5.99 for the first item and £4.49 for each additional items.
Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets) is £5.99 for the first item and £4.99  for each additional items.
Royal Mail International Signed-for is £9.99 for the first item and £4.99  for each additional items.

We recommend buyer to select recorded delivery, we do not response for any packet lost in post which are sent by non-recorded delivery. Additional item is applicable to all A1's items with different shipping fee.

All buyers must agree our shipping policy before bid any A1's items:
1. No local pickup, ALL A1's item must be sent by post.
2. No combine postage, If you buy more than one items, we will ship your items in one package, but you still have to pay shipping fee for each item you bought.
3. Delivery Charge is non-negotiable.

Returns Policy

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded within 7 days of the invoice date. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

All return items must be authorised by us with RMA number, otherwise, it will never been processed.

1. Received Damaged, Dealth on Arrival or Incorrect Goods
Should you receive goods which have been damaged during transit, Dealth on Arrival, or if they do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods, then you should e-mail our eSupport at helpdesk.a1computershop.net within 7 days of the invoice date. In the event that you do not wish us to replace the goods then you may return the same and we will issue you with a full refund. You should note that a full refund will only be issued if the goods that are returned are in an unused condition, complete, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. (You should include all drivers, manuals, cables and any free software included in the original delivery).

2. Return Where There is a Warranty
In the unlikely event of goods being defective then you should e-mail us.

3. Unwanted Goods
In case the goods is working properly and match with the listing description, we do not accept any return for a replacement or refund.
