Our products are covered by a 14-day no quibble guarantee. If you wish to return or exchange an item; please return it to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging. Requests for exchange items; where the items you received are as ordered; and not faulty; may incur additional postage charges to you. Please be aware when sending returns we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to parcels being returned to us by post. We therefore recommend customers use a recorded delivery method and keep a proof of posting receipt safe. We also advise customers to package items with care as we are unable to make refunds against items damaged in transit. Your refund will be made in the form of the original method of payment (e.g. if you paid by paypal the refund will be credited back to the same account the payment was made from). Personalised or engraved items and confectionery may not be returned unless considered faulty. We cannot be held liable for any additional loses incurred as a result of faulty goods.
