You are looking at a New no tags or box ICOM IC-M1 EURO Water Resitant VHF radio you are only bidding on the radio IT DOES NOT HAVE the charger, antena or battery it os only a new radio.   This item is in full working order and as with all my  electrical equipment I am giving a 100% guarantee that it works as the manufacturer intended if not send it back at my cost.  Has all the normal features channel 16 button, dual watch and scan.  Check out my other items!

I think I should clarify NEW in this case, this radio is in deed new in that it has never been used but you can not buy this radio of the shelf any more as they don't make this model.  The spares can be obtained if you look around the net.
