? WHAT IS A TESTER ?
Testers are original, 100% authentic & genuine fragrances issued by the perfume houses, only without the fancy packaging. They are designed for advertising, intended for placing on shop counters for customers to have a free tester spray. They usually come in white or brown box, with or without caps. The testers we sell are 100% authentic & brand new, these have never been sprayed / tested.

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE 100% GENUINE FRAGRANCES

Posting: We dispatch all paid items same or next day Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch weekends or Bank Holidays.
All items are sent First Class Recorded Delivery and must be signed for. Items not signed for and returned to us by the Royal Mail will incur additional charges to resend.

Large Orders: By sending large orders via alternative courier savings can be made, please email us before making payment so we can pass those savings onto you.

Non-Delivery: Claims for lost, damaged or delayed items must be made by the purchaser. We will supply information required for completion of the Royal Mail P58 Claim Form. Please allow 15 working days before considering the item as undelivered.

Emails: We are happy to answer your queries, but do so Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please note that we are unable reply to emails evenings, weekends or Bank Holidays but will do so asap afterwards.

Feedback: Please note that we leave feedback after we have received your feedback about us. This is to ensure that you are satisfied with our service and are happy with your goods. If this is not the case and you are considering leaving negative or neutral feedback please contact us first so that we might resolve any problems. Thank you.

Exchanges: Should you be unhappy with your purchase and wish to exchange the item you may do so providing you notify us within 7 days of receipt and the item remains intact and unused. You will have to pay all additional postage costs.

Faulty / Incorrect Items: We will replace any item that is faulty or incorrectly supplied provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt and items remain intact and unused. We will refund postage costs upon receipt of the item.
