Return Policy

l          The items must be returned and well packed with valid tracking numbers issued by a registered post within 7 days of the date that you received them. 

l          Returned items must be first approved by us via email before sending them back.  Please see contact information below.

l          Returned items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered.

l          The original receipt and other original documents must accompany all returned items to be considered for refund or reshipment. 

l          Items found in working condition would be charged shipping charge (including handling) for reshipment of the items.

l          Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will ship the items back for free of charge only if the items are found faulty on our test bench.

l          Please check for compatibility before purchasing the items.  We will not refund if the wrong items are purchased.

l          Your shipment should be checked upon receipt.  Any shortage or damage should be reported within 7 days.  Defective products will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective products.

l          If we do not have replacement products, we will offer a refund (excluding shipping and insurance).

Insurance

The standard insurance maximum coverage is GBP 500 for each delivery.  It is recommended to purchase an additional optional insurance if a purchased item worth more than GBP 500.  However, the maximum coverage of the optional insurance is GBP 2,500 for U.K and GBP 500 for other countries. 

We mails all products via Royal Mail.  In case of lost or damage of items during delivery, it will take Royal Mail at least 14 business days from the dispatched date for investigation.

Ultimately, you are solely responsible for all the loss due to lost or damage of items during delivery.   

Warranty

All products carry a one-year warranty from the date you received them.
