Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date the item was received. Please email us before returning your product.
Your return will be classified as one of the following:

1. Return under The Distance Selling Regulation - The item must be returned unopened in the original packaging including all manuals, cables, power supply and CDs. A full refund will be given (inc. outgoing postage costs). Please note that we do not refund the cost of posting item back to us.
   Auction items are covered by The Distance Selling Regulations.
2. Return as a Faulty Unit - The item must be returned in original packaging including all manuals, cables, power supply and CDs. We will test the item on arrival. If the item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be given (inc. outgoing postage costs). If the item is found to be in fully working condition, only the item price will be refunded. Please note that we do not refund the cost of posting item back to us.

Information

All orders received and paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
If paying by cheque we shall, at our discretion, dispatch goods upon receipt providing you have a 100% positive feedback of 50 or more. GoGoDigital Limited reserves the right to wait for the clearance of any cheque without notice.
