Return policy

1. 35% restocking fees will be charged for ALL returned items.
2. All items are tested and in condition we stated.
3. No international returns accepted. 
4. A Merchandise Authorization number(RMA#) is required for all return packages 
5. RMA# must be listed on the package. Packeges wihtout RMA# will be refuesed.
6. We will reject the package if the packaging is improper(padded pack only, envelope or similiar).
7. The customer is responsible for the return-shipping charges.
8. The initial shipping charges, customs fee are not refundable.
