IBM Thinkpad 600E - Upgraded & Ideal 1st CHEAP laptop!

Old, but really reliable and solid IBM ThinkPad 600E (Type 2645)laptop.

Spec is as follows:

Pentium II running at 363MHz. Full complement of RAM - 288MB (see picture 2)

I bought a new battery of e-bay a couple of years ago for it - I cannot promise you that you would get 2-hours out of it on the train but the battery is more than capable of running the machine for 20-minutes, thus allowing you to carry it around the house from room to room et al (see picture 3 for battery charging)

18.6GB hard drive

XP Professional 2002 SP3 (picture 2) - licensed product.

Internal CD drive

This is an old, and hence cheap, laptop that will prove to be a bargain for someone who just wants to browse the internet.

As can be seen from picture 1, some pixels in the top left hand corner are now defunct. As can be seen from pictures 2 & 3, this does not affect usability at all if you just size your window accordingly.

It is heavy. If you want a bargain, it is better you are local and pick up in person. Otherwise, please tell me where you live and I will confirm postage but I am estimating at £13 for national delivery by parcel post.
