IBM ThinkPad T60 1.8 GHz T2400 Core Duo Processor, 60GB HDD, 2GB RAM, CD-RW/DVD

This auction is for a IBM ThinkPad T60 laptop computer with a 1.8 GHz T2400 Core Duo processor, 60 GB SATA hard disk, 2 GB of RAM memory and a CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive. Photos in auction are of actual laptop shown working.

Laptop is a superb general use machine ideal for web browsing and general home usage. It is in above average condition for age. The only items worth noting are slightly shiny mouse buttons on the palm rest and a loose infra-red cover (pictured).

Installed operating system is Windows XP Professional SP3, no other software included except IBM CD/DVD software appropriate for the installed drive, AVG Anti Virus (free version), Lenovo ThinkVantage utilities and installer for OpenOffice. Features: 1x 10/100 Ethernet socket, 1x 56k modem, 802.11g wireless, Bluetooth, fingerprint reader, 3x USB-2 ports, 1x VGA out port, 1x pcmcia/pc-card socket, 1x pci express socket, 1x 3.5mm audio-in, 1x 3.5mm audio-out, 1x IRDA port. Battery quoted at 26.45 Wh (56.16 Wh when new) with a lifespan of 1 hour but this is untested and not guaranteed. UK power supply included. Screen in good condition with no visable dead pixels or pressure marks. Manufacturer warranty expired end of September 2009.

Please note that this laptop has had parts replaced on it that may be new or taken from other failed units. It has been tested with the IBM/Lenovo diagnostics utility and passed with no errors. An examination of the laptop in use has shown no faults or errors. Please bear this in mind when bidding. Primary model type is 2008-WGM. New parts are LCD panel, base plastics, metal chasis and keyboard. Whilst there is no Microsoft Windows certificate of authenticity the original code is listed on the bottom and the original base plastics will be included with the laptop as proof of authenticity.

If you decide to bid on this item please do not complain about the condition afterwards, I have been as honest as possible and mentioned every fault I can see. There may be some small faults that I have missed.
