Both items are used - The CD was originally shipped with IBM ThinkPad 600Es running Win95 & 98

It has some minor scuff marks but I was able to copy the data off without a problem.

The manual is in reasonable condition - some wear & tear - mainly on the outer cover. Some marks on inner rear cover

To legally & physically install the software you would have to own the appropriate ThinkPad.
