This is not the main Lithium rechargeable battery for your Notebook. 


This battery assembly referred to as the Real Time clock battery or backup battery resides inside the Notebook to maintain the clock/date settings as well as the system configuration for constant boot free of error codes.
Now that I mentioned Error codes, that might be the reason your looking at my auction and making sure that this battery I am selling you is New, which it is!
I sell only brand new batteries, not recycled batteries, so bid or buy with confidence. It's affordable and I will dispatch this to you fast. Now let me mention that this cmos battery (rtc) or backup battery will last approx 2 years of dependable usage.
