Our shipping and handling fees are for shipping within the United States. We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. All items are shipped by USPS or FEDEX Ground. Special arrangements can be made with the buyer for international shipments via United States Postal Service (USPS). Items will typically arrive within three to eight business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of payment. All applicable exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. The return package must be received within five (5) business days of the RMA issue date. When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. We do not charge a restocking fee on ANY return that is accepted, shipping and handling charges are NEVER refundable.

Hardware Products: May be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. Credit will not be given on built-to-order items and special orders for any reason. Only repairs within the limits of the specified warranty will be granted. Please remove all installed ink or toner cartridges prior to repackaging your printer for return. Cartridges left installed during shipping can seriously damage the printer, in which case credit cannot be given. Contain these removed cartridges in either their original packing or a securable plastic bag.

All Software Products: Unopened software can be exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date. Opened software will not be accepted for return.
