FEEDBACK

Please take into account our policies before leaving negative feedback, all of our policies are clearly explained and buying is in effect agreeing to these terms and conditions. We are very fair ebayers and believe in being upfront. Recently we have ben the subject of paypal disputes as buyers choose not to pay extra for recorded delivery but if the item does not arrive, they feel it is quite fair to then demand their money back, if they are unsuccessful they leave negative feedback, we don't think thats very fair, do you?

BUY IT NOW

We do not sell any of our items as buy it now unless specifically stated.

POSTAGE

Where possible we always try to combine postage on multiple purchases, we do not believe that ebay was set up for sellers to make money out of p&p prices. If you have bought more than one item please wait for your invoice before making payment. Thank you. We aim to post your items out to you on the Tuesday afer an auction ends, however there are times that this is not possible therefore we do not guarantee a Tuesday posting day, if you need something for a specific date please email prior to bidding to ask if it is possible.

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR LOST ITEMS WHICH ARE THE FAULT OF THE POSTAL SERVICE - WE WILL KEEP POSTAGE RECIEPTS FOR NO LONGER THAN 10 DAYS, ANY CLAIMS WILL NEED TO BE MADE BY THE BUYER NOT US

PAYMENT POLICY

Due to the recent spate of non-payers bidders we have recieved we feel we have no choice but to bring in a payment policy, it is detailed below, please read it before you buy.

Payment is expected within 5 days after the auction ends. Please don't bid if you don't intend to pay, you will be charged regardless. I will relist the item after 5 days if no contact has been made. Negative feedback can no longer be left but an unpaid item dispute will be raised with ebay, this can lead to your account being suspended. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer a return and refund service - if you require a reciept for postage then please specify this BEFORE you pay, the postage will be increased to a "recorded delivery" charge, as there is no other way of ensuring that "lost" items can be proven to never arrive.

IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY THIS WE WILL NOT CONSIDER REFUNDING FOR ITEMS MISLAID BY THE POSTAL SERVICE
