We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. See our description for detailed Postage pricing. Your order will be processed and out for delivery within 24 hours, if there is a problem we will notify you immediately we receive the order. If you order is placed on Thursday Night or Friday and its a hardware order then delivery will be made for the following Monday if its software then there's a good chance you'll receive it for Saturday although Royal Mail cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery. Karaoke Discs Discs can only be exchanged if faulty due to copyright reasons.

Hardware Items Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. See our terms for further information.
