Returns

We only offer a refundpolicy only if the item was substantially not as described in the auction.  Minor variations in model, colour specifications are not a reason for a refund.

Although we gurantee that all goods leave us in good condition we cannot be held responsible for goods on transit.

Buyer must contact us first before any item is returned.  Buyer must return the item at their own cost within 7 days of notifying us of a problem.  All returns must be boxed and packed securley.  Replacement will be exchanged or a refund provided within 10 working days from the day we recieve the returned merchadise.
