What is your DVD condition?

We sell brand new, used and ex-rental DVDs. All the DVDs are virtually in perfect condition. However, there may be the odd one that has a few surface scratch marks, in which case the information will be clearly noted on our listing.

When is my item shipped?

Items are dispatched the next working day of cleared PayPal payment. If payment was initiated with an e–cheque, please allow 7-9 days for it to clear after which items will be posted. Item’s purchased on the weekend are dispatched on Monday excluding Bank holidays.

How long do I have to wait for my package to arrive?

UK customers:

Most items are posted via Royal Mail Second class, which generally takes 2-3 working days to arrive.

International Customers:

Items can take up to 10-15 days before it reaches you.

Where is my item?

If you have not received your item after 14 days of your purchase please contact us and we will be able to investigate. Occasionally, it may be the postman was unable to deliver it and as a result the item restored at your local sorting office. We advise you enquire with your local sorting office before contacting us.

For International customers please allow up to 28 days before contacting us. In all cases items can be exchanged or a full refund given.

How is my item packaged?

We use heavy-duty genuine ‘Jiffy’ bags for packaging so you can be assured your item should arrive undamaged. Most box sets and bigger items are packaged using bubble wrap, wrapping paper and heavy – duty tape.

I want my item posted to an alternative address?

We only post to PayPal confirmed addresses. We are unable to post to an alternative address (unconfirmed address). Under PayPals (seller protection) policy, if an item was to go astray we are not covered. Additionally, posting to an unconfirmed address can result in fraudulent transactions.

My DVD has just arrived in the post damaged?

If an item is significantly damaged whilst on transit please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund. Terms and conditions apply.

I want to return an item? What is involved?

If you want to return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt with proof of postage e.g. item number etc. Postage costs incurred when returning products to us is at the customers expense.
