Our Returns Policy
Order errors and faults with parts must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of your goods, and arrangements made for their return. Please call us on 0117 904 7508 before returning any item. Items will not be accepted for return without prior agreement.
If we have made a mistake in supplying the part you ordered, you may request an exchange or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Such returned items must be unused and still be in a saleable condition.
If we have correctly supplied the part you ordered, you may only return the item if it is defective. Therefore, please check that any part number we quote matches your exact requirement. In special circumstances, where you have made a genuine error, we may agree to accept a return, providing the item is returned to us at your expense. In this situation, a 15% handling charge will be deducted from any refund.
In the case of a faulty part, we will ship you a replacement after we have received back the faulty item. Return shipping and replacement shipping will be at our expense. Only if we cannot replace the faulty part will we refund the amount paid for the part. In this event, we will also cover the cost of your original shipping charge.
We can only process returns for items purchased from All Car Spares.
If we have agreed to your returning an item, please also return the shipping documents you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.
Glass delivered by courier
Glass delivered by courier is at the customer's risk, as couriers do not insure glass. All Car Spares can accept no responsibility for glass broken in transit, and therefore no refund can be considered in these circumstances.
Electrical Equipment
Refunds cannot be made on electrical equipment, e.g. ECUs, unless incorrectly supplied or faulty.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
All Car Spares can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please call 0117 904 7508.
Refunds
We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:

Securely pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt). Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.
All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the packaging the items arrived in or alternative packaging, if you prefer. Affix your shipping label to the outside of the packaging.
