When you click to buy you will be asked to confirm you have read and understood the listing carefully. Please check all the item and delivery details as more than half of the queries we receive are already answered in the information given.

Please check the size of your existing bed/mattress before ordering. IKEA beds in particular may not conform to the standard UK sizes, and once opened our mattresses will expand and so cannot be returned if the size is wrong.

Ensure the correct delivery address is registered with your ebay account and is selected at the time of payment. We cannot change the delivery address once payment has been taken so you payment will be refunded and may take 2-5 working days for your bank to process.

We cannot guarantee satisfaction or suitability for every individual customer, and do not accept returns on opened items. If you are unsure about your purchase please ask us before ordering. It is the customers responsibility to ensure any purchase is suitable for a particular purpose.

The guarantee refers to the cost of a next day by 1pm delivery. In the event your delivery is delayed in the hands of the courier, we will refund you the shipping costs. We will use the City Link online tracking system to check the delivery time of your item. In the event of a disputed delivery time the decision to refund under the guarantee will be made by our Customer Services Manager. The Customer Services Managers decision is final, and we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime.

City Link will always try to deliver your order twice. If they are unsuccessful on the first attempt then they will automatically try again on the next working day (excluding Saturdays). If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day please call them on the number on the bottom of the card left by the driver.

After a second failed attempt, you will have to collect your goods from the nearest City Link depot. If you fail to make yourself available for delivery we will consider this a cancellation of the purchase, and goods will be returned to us at your cost.

Please provide a reliable contact number with your order, especially if you live in a block of flats or your address has a house name and not a number.

Items need to be signed for on delivery. At this point you are signing to confirm the good condition of the item(s) so please check goods for damage and sign accordingly. Alternatively damaged goods can simply be refused and we will organise a replacement.

We cannot replace damaged goods unless the condition has been noted with your signature.

HIGHLAND/OFFSHORE

Highlands and Offshore locations take 2-4 working days and there is no guarantee for delivery by 1pm. Approximate costs are + £20 for a mattress to Highlands and + £30 for Offshore locations including Northern Ireland.

Please contact us for costs before paying for your purchase. If you click to buy then let us know we can adjust the invoice before payment is made.

Customers have a right to cancel purchases by contacting us by written message or email within 7 days of receiving the goods. This is known as a ‘cooling off’ period and only applies to products that are unopened, unused and in original condition and original sealed packaging.

Good must be returned at the cost of the customer for a full refund. If goods are returned opened or in poor condition we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 30% of the original sale price.

IN THE EVENT OF FAULT

If you believe your item is faulty we may require you supply photo evidence of the fault via email. We promise to respond and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

All Hypnia products are covered by a manufacturers warranty for 10 years from the date of sale. The paperwork can be requested from us or from sales@hypnia.com

The warranty applies to the performance and durability of the memory foam and does not include the cover or any shipping costs incurred in replacing or shipping goods.

The warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
