Combined Postage
Postage costs are stated below. If postage costs to your delivery address are not specified, please contact us to confirm before bidding/buying. We do offer postage discount for multiple purchases. For UK mainland any number purchases over £50 from the eBay store (not applicable to auctions) will be charged at a flat £6 for next day delivery regardless of weight or size. If you have purchased multiple items please calculate postage by using the most expensive postage cost plus the additional item cost for each extra item, modify your PayPal payment accordingly. if you are unsure how to calculate combined postage, please wait for an invoice.

Payment.
We accept payment via personal cheque, direct over the telephone via all major credit or debit cards and of course via PayPal, no extra charges apply for any of the payment methods.

Refunds
Most of the items we sell will have some sort of manufacturer’s warranty. We can accept returns for items which you consider to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty, which will be stated somewhere in the product documentation that is supplied with the product. Please call us or email first before returning any item so we can establish if we think a warranty claim would be appropriate. Returned items will be sent to the distributor or manufacturer and they will decide the appropriate action, to either repair or replace or indeed reject the claim.

Delivery
All parcels we send will require a signature to acknowledge receipt. Domestic small none premium delivery items will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, larger or next day UK mainland items will may be sent via our courier CityLink. International parcels again depending on weight and size will be sent Royal Mail international signed for or ParcelForce. If you do require a different delivery address to the one associated with your user ID on eBay please contact us straight after purchase to arrange. For UK shipping to non-mainland addresses, there may be a supplement, please contact us to confirm.

Although the vast majority of our parcels arrive well within the above estamates, occasionally items can be delayed. If you don’t receive your item in the time suggested above after the item is marked as dispatched, please contact us to obtain a tracking number. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made for your item, the courier will hold the item at their local depot and await collection by the recipient for 5 days. If you fail to collect an item from the depot and it is returned to us, there is an administration fee of £13 plus the redelivery cost which would be the same as the original delivery fee.

Collection
We are able to offer collection of items purchased on eBay. If you do wish to collect your purchase please call us first to arrange. Please be aware that our P+P includes a number of things (not just postage), so if you do collect then we require you to pay half the stated auction P+P.
