BIDDING & PRE-SALE QUESTIONS
I strive to describe all items as accurately as possible.  Some items are brand new, some are pre-owned, some are tailored abandoned merchandise, and some are new staging/display models that may have been tailored and/or handled. 

A detailed description, individual measurements, and multiple pictures are created for each item in order to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision regarding your potential purchase.  If you need any additional information, please contact me and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

PAYMENT...AND NON-PAYMENT
Payment is due within 72 hours of auction close.  I accept PayPal only; please do not bid unless you currently have an active (and useable) PayPal account.  Non-paying bidders will be reported and blocked.  If for some reason you cannot pay within the 72 hour period, please just let me know.

Many bidders are unaware of the true cost of selling on eBay.  The Final Value Fee, or "FVF", is 8%-12% of the final sales price of the item.  eBay automatically charges the seller this fee - even if the buyer never pays for it.  An item selling for a final price of $400 can incur a FVF of up to $37.50; and this doesn't even include the fees that will be charged to re-list the item.

For this reason I ask that you be certain of your ability and intent to pay prior to bidding.

RETURN POLICY
I do my best to point out any obvious wear/flaws, if any; however on rare occasions I may miss something.  While I do have a "no return" policy on the items I sell, please contact me immediately via eBay messaging upon receiving an item if you have any questions or concerns.  Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, and rest assured you will receive prompt and courteous service.

SHIPPING
I make every attempt to ship all items within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment via PayPal.  Business days are Monday-Friday, and exclude US national holidays or any days in which USPS does not operate.  

You will automatically receive an email from both eBay and PayPal containing shipping information including delivery confirmation and/or tracking number once your item has been shipped. 

If an item is returned to me by USPS and requires re-shipment, you will be asked to remit postage before it is shipped again.  If I do not hear from you or if postage is not remitted within 30 days, a refund will be issued less the actual cost of the original postage plus relisting and final value fees.

Additional Information for INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
You are responsible for your own customs fees/import taxes; you should be aware of these and what they may cost you before bidding on this item. The final sale price of the item is what will be listed on the customs form - although I certainly empathize with my international buyers regarding the added expense of their country's Customs/Import Tax policies, in accordance with law enforcement and eBay's seller agreement, I cannot mark items as "gifts" in order to deliberately avoid customs charges/import taxes, without exception.
