Offered is a beautifully carved figures of an Angel.The Angel is a lovely addition to the best carved Nativity scene I have ever seen, and I've seen a few over the years. The figures are hand carved in Switzerland by a company that has been making the same figures since 1915. Each human character is based on a real person in the village at the time the company was founded. The figures have been skilfully painted with a light wash finish to enhance and bring out the beauty of the wood (Lime)

The Kneeling Angel is 10cm tall.
