An absolutely superb Hot Cast Bronze Sculpture of a woodland pheasant. This is a magnificent representation of this beautiful bird and it has been beautifully cast and mounted on a lovely piece of polished green marble. Its detailing is outstanding and it has a rich patina. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor display. It is exceptionally heavy and extremely large measuring 20" wide x 13" tall.  It bares the artists signature which I cannot make out however it is very much of the style and quality of the very sought after French Animaliers.
