My Life's collection of British Stamps plus World Stamps
Including...
1. ALL commemorative stamp sets (in three heavy pocket albums) in mint unmounted condition from 1935 to the present day, i.e. July 2009 (minus just one stamp that I'm aware of, the 1948 second Royal Silver Wedding stamp) - this collection also comprises many mini sheets from the last decade and more. The whole collection is beautifully displayed in pristine albums.
2. Hundreds of mint and used definitive stamps from Victoria to the present day, mostly mint.
3. UK regional definitives collection
4. Also included a large selection (again all in pocket albums) of world stamps, plus some mint stamp sheets of cartoon sets from around the world and the USA
5. All my swaps in albums.
6. Hundreds of stamps in albums of British Empire definitives from Victoria onwards (obviously not complete).
7. A small collection of trading stamps and postage due/to pay stamps
8. A number of stamp 'vending books', mostly emptied but in good condition.
This is an enormous collection that I have collected all my life and am parting with it because I need the money, and cannot afford to continue adding to it month after month.
Postage is an issue as the albums together weigh some considerable amount, so it is difficult to say what it would cost to post. Serious buyers may wish to collect in person rather than entrust such lovely albums to the vagaries of the Post Office handling. I'm sure something can be worked out. Consequently I have not offered postage.
