*Refurbished: We
have a team of trained Hp Engineers that take the printer apart,
thoroughly blow clean and then test the machine. On our larger printers
we repeat this process but also change any rollers or consumables that
need replacing e.g. Transfer Rollers, Pickup Rollers, Feed Rollers,
Fuser, Fuser Assembly etc.....
Due to the quantity of laser
printers we stock, unfortunately we can't give specific page counts and
consumable levels to match with the printer that you will receive (As
this would mean us listing every printer on separate adverts!). We can
guarantee that consumable levels on all laser printers sold will be
over 50%. If you need an exact page count then get in contact and we
can put a specific machine aside and get this info. If you don't need
an exact count then we can give you an in between value - See Above
Description
Every printer sold leaves our workshop tested
working, that is why we provide a 3 month RTB warranty every printer!
If anything does go wrong with your printer within this time you can
give us a call / email and we will collect the faulty machine and
replace it the next day. If this is not satisfactory then will will
provide a full refund
We are a VAT registered business and
provide every customer with a VAT invoice. All of the items we sell on
Ebay are VAT inclusive, the only added charge is shipping.
**Shipping / Collection**
If the item is
purchased and paid for before 5pm Monday - Thursday 99% of the time we
will get the item out of the warehouse the same day to be with you
before 6 o'clock the next day. E.g If you paid for you printer at 4pm
Monday evening your item item could be with you as soon as 10am Tuesday
morning! However If the item is purchased after 5pm on a friday due to
our ofices being closed over the weekend you will not get the item
until Tuesday morning :( !

On smaller laser printers (under 20kgs) and all consumables we can
offer a Pre 10:30am shipping option. This cost £22 but means we
guarantee your item will be with you before 10:30 the next day :). (Due
to Ebay's new shipping rules we cannot offer this as an option on the
advert, but if this services is required either email or phone us and
we can arrange it) This offer excludes Northern Ireland
** Shipping to Northern Ireland and Ireland is considerably more expensive and will take 2 -3 days. The minimum postage cost on any item going to Ireland will be £20 and BT postcodes will be £25 (Its not us its the courier)

Collection is by appointment only. If you wish to collect your item
this service is free of charge however you will have to make an
appointment either by phone or email.
