l       After full payment is received & cleared, the item will be shipped to you from Hong Kong directly.  Online tracking number is available at the same time.

l       Provide tracking nos. for sending by Courier or Registered Airmail package.

l       Courier package normally takes about 2-4 working days ; Registered or Regular Airmail package takes 4-10 working days to arrive in most countries excluding customs clearance time.  For some countries, it may take a longer time to deliver.

Return & Refund Policy

l       You are able to return for exchange if the sold item is found defected by the manufacturers within 7 days of receipt. 

l       No refund and replacement is issued after this period.

l       Buyer must return brand new item with whole original package content including cartons, boxes, manuals, any accessories, documentation and registration that shipped with the item. 

l       Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will result to rejection on the returned item.

l       Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and insurance.
