My home is in serious need of de-cluttering!!!!

I am having a complete clear out, trying to make more room in my small house since the arrival of my son, 12 months ago. Have a look at other items I have listed, I am adding all the time, and they range from make-up, toiletries, clothes and other useful items of excellent quality. I would not sell anything that I would not be happy to receive myself.

I endeavour to be as accurate as possible with my descriptions and will only accept returns or refund if I have made an error in my listing. If there is a problem, please contact me by email and I will do my best to resolve the issue. I would appreciate you not leaving negative feedback without giving me the chance to put things right.

When item is received please leave feedback, so that I know that the item has arrived. I will accept payment by Paypal, Postal Order and Cheque, (but goods will only be despatched after clearance.) Please be aware that the price I quote for P&P includes the cost of packing materials, associated expenses as well as the cost of postage.

Items are guaranteed to be posted within 3 working days of payment, which I hope will be paid within 3 days of the auction ending as I find it stressful to email requesting money, however, I am happy to wait for payment, if requested. I just like to be kept informed of what is happening. The majority of the time parcels are posted the next working day, or occasionally the same day, depending upon the time of day the payment is made. I try to complete transactions as quickly as possible.

I also obtain proof of postage and cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items by Royal Mail; if your item does not arrive I will pass on the information for you to make a claim from Royal Mail. I always email to tell you when I have posted your item or to say that I will be posting it to you that day as it is only fair to keep you informed. If you do not receive your parcel then I will email details of the certificate of insurance for you to make a start on your claim from Royal Mail.
