Hi, that’s me in the photograph Sean Carmody and up until a couple of years ago I was working away in a snooker club doing a normal job just like you. Scraping along trying to make a living and make ends meet, with no pension, no savings and a mortgage. That’s really not good when your in your late 50’s, I needed a change. Based on well known average cost statistics but dependant on what area of the country you live in:

 Single storey extension:.................£30,000 you will make £6,000

Cheapest two floor extension:.........£70,000 you will make £14,000

Cheap conservatory build:...........£5,000 you will make £1,000

There are many other builds you could do with my system that would cost considerably more, giving you even more profit.
