A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.

Returns and Refunds.
Any items which are faulty may be returned for an immediate replacement or refund. If a part is faulty, we will also reimburse your return postage charges.
Goods ordered in error may be returned to us in original unused and unopened condition. After 7 days goods ordered in error will be subject to a 50% handling and restocking charge UNLESS the error is on our part, in which case a full refund or replacement will be given. All returns must be posted at your expense.
Refunds will not be given until we have received the goods. In all instances, please contact us by telephone or e-mail to arrange your refund or replacement. Should any goods ordered prove faulty or sub-standard, your carriage charges will be refunded.
