Toy Town will endeavour to post all orders received within 24 hours of receipt. Once an order has been placed with us a confirmation e-mail will be sent confirming the description of the products ordered and the total price that was paid. If there is any problem with the order that has been placed we recommend that customers get in touch with our customer services team as soon as possible to let us know. The sooner customers contact us, the sooner our dispatch team can rectify the order.

Items will be securely packaged and bubble wrapped when necessary. Should any of the items arrive to you damaged please send the goods back to us straight away. We will then make a claim either through the post office or the designated courier company that was used. Please note that these claims can take up to 6 weeks, so it may be necessary to wait for your goods.

All items ordered within the UK will be sent by first class recorded delivery mail or by courier for larger orders. All orders will be fully traceable. 

Please note that whilst 99% of orders will arrive on time, Toy Town will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of item caused by either Royal Mail or any other courier company.

If an item fails to arrive at its intended destination, all monies will be fully refunded pending the outcome of our investigations. Again we will need to make a claim with the courier company or the Royal Mail, which may take up to 6 weeks.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on this product. Please allow a minimum of 24 days for goods to arrive depending on which country the order has been from. All international orders will be sent by our designated courier company or alternatively parcelforce worldwide. 

Returns

Toy-Town (UK) Ltd asks that before you purchase an item, you make sure that it is the right one. All customer will have seven days to cancel an order. If during this seven day period, Toy-Town has not as yet dispatched the product (highly unlikely), a full refund including any shipping and handling costs paid by the customer will be issued straight away.

If however the item has already been sent, Toy Town would expect the item to be returned to us in the same condition as it was received. If the item's original packaging is opened, Toy-Town (UK) Ltd reserves the right to refuse issuing a refund to the customer. Please note if an item is cancelled and has already been sent, Toy Town will not be held liable for any postage charges incurred either to send the product or to return the product to us. Every so often an item could have been incorrectly listed in which case Toy-Town may be forced to cancel the order if the item purchased is not in stock.

All products must be returned to Toy-Town within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.

If an item is deemed defective or does not fit the stated description, Toy Town will need to make a claim with the supplier which could take up to 6 weeks to resolve. Again, we ask that our customers bear with us and remain patient. Alternatively, the buyer will be given the option of an in store credit applied to their account, with which they are entitled to use within our online store on any alternative items.
