Mattel,  1974 .

 The paintwork is very worn but the bodywork is sound so it could easily be stripped down and re-sprayed.

The wheels are in good condition.

Windows and other plastics are in good order.

This would be suitable candidate for restoration and with some TLC and attention has potential as a good display model.
