All payments must be made in pounds sterling. 

Damaged Goods

If your goods are faulty, as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging and undamaged we will refund your product cost or replace the goods. 

All defects and returns must be notified to us in writing or by email and the goods must be returned within 14 days of your receipt. We will make the refund once the goods and a copy of the original receipt have been returned to us. This is not intended to affect your statutory rights.

Return policy

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your order has been despatched , you have 14 working days from the date on your receipt to return the goods in an unused and re-saleable condition, in their original packaging. Please note that Mega Party Supplies do not refund any charges incurred for postage and packing.
