We accept cheques, postal orders, bank drafts, Paypal (if you must), or cash on collection.
We cannot release goods until we have cleared funds, which will be seven days from us receiving your cheque.

Despatch

Our handling time is normally three working days from receipt of cleared funds.
Goods will be sent by the most appropriate method, and in order to minimise delays we will need your name, full address including postcode, and a contact telephone number when you send payment.
The carriage charges we quote for machines include the cost of making the machine ready for transport. This includes time sourcing pallets, wrapping and securing the machine, and the materials involved.
We are happy for you to arrange your own carriers but will make a charge of £20 + VAT for making the machine ready for collection.
If you collect or use your own carriers we will require you or your carriers to inspect the goods and sign a disclaimer absolving us from any responsibility for loss or damage to the goods once they have been signed for. 
Goods will be sent to the address you have registered with eBay. If you wish them to be delivered to another address please let us know when making payment. Failure to do this will result in additional cost to you for redelivery.

Receipt

Please inspect your package carefully for signs of damage before signing for it. If there are signs of damage, please sign for it as damaged.
Claims for damage in transit will only be accepted when our own carriers are used, and must be made within 3 days of you receiving the goods. We will require photographs of the damage, and will refund on return of the damaged item.
